Overview

The central board of secondary education(CBSE) is a standardised curriculum offered in more than 24 countries across the world.The curriculum provides structured and controlled delivery of contents and assessments for secondary and higher secondary levels.

The Indian Certificate of Secondary Education popularly known as ICSE as mentioned in the ICSE official website is an examination conducted by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE) which is a private board of school education in India for Class 10. The CISCE board is headquartered in New Delhi, which is considered as one of the popular boards of education in India who conducts the ICSE Class 10 and ISC Class 12 board examinations every year.

  • Highly recommended for year one students to ensure they have their foundation concepts clear and strong, which can ensure ease in keeping up with harder topics and also improve their current scores.

Exam Practices

  • Held as per students' requirement.
  • At least twice a week recommended.
  • Focus is on review of main points in chapter , clarification of doubts combined with practicing past papers during every session.
  • Regular assessment (one per week) of ability to do papers within time limit.
  • Recommended to start as soon as all topics covered in a subject or at least from 3 months before the final exam date.

Intensive Revisions/ Holiday crashcourse

  • Recommended during term breaks, classes more than once a week.
  • Aimed at reviewing past semester concepts and getting a head start on the new semester topics.
  • Catching up on concepts that were hard during the previous sem.
  • Note taking work-sheets provided, focusing on important points for each chapter, to ensure a set of review notes with main points is present at the end of each session.
  • Ideal for practicing practical application questions which students find especially challenging.
  • Highly recommended for year 2 students, who are closer to their final exams.

Customized Lessons

  • Apart from above, we also provide our students the flexibility to mix and match subjects and topics they want to revise and decide their own duration and timings within our working hours.

Parents in loop

  • For all our students, an assessment would be done by the tutor during the first class.
  • Upon request, parents will be updated weekly on the child's progress and recommendations will be given by the tutor on students strengths and areas of improvement.
